Frequently asked questions.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Academy plans include 7 days of full access to the courses, tools, arcade, library, and AI Coach. You don't need a card to start. Before day 8, we'll ask you to add one to continue. If you don't, your access simply ends and you're never charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your account in two clicks, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. If you'd like help, our support team can take care of it for you.

Who is the Academy for?

Players from youth through college-bound, including hitters, pitchers, and two-way players. Parents use it to guide development at home, and coaches use the programs and documents with their teams.

What devices does it work on?

Any phone, tablet, or computer with a modern browser. There's nothing to download. One membership covers up to three devices, so a family can use it on a phone, a tablet, and a laptop.

Are these private lessons?

The membership is a complete training program: the self-paced curriculum, training tools, the AI Coach, and messaging with your coach. In-person lessons and lesson packs are purchased separately (see above). Many families use both, and many use the Academy on its own.

What's the difference between Academy and Academy Coached?

Academy includes the full program, the AI Coach, and 2 messages a month to your coach. Coached adds hands-on feedback: 2 video reviews a month, unlimited messaging with replies within 24 hours, a monthly group call, and the premium AI Coach model. Pro and Elite add live 1:1 calls and open to small groups through the waitlist.

How do the lesson packs work?

After you purchase a pack, our team will email you within one business day to schedule. Lessons are 60 minutes, one-on-one, for one player, and packs are valid for 6 months. Your bonus Academy months begin at your first lesson and end automatically, so you're never charged unless you choose to continue.

Does new content get added?

Yes. New Library documents are added every month, and new courses are added to the membership as they're released, at no extra cost.

Monthly or annual — what's the difference?

Everything is the same. Annual is $299/yr instead of $359.88, which saves you $60.88 (about two months free). Both include the 7-day free trial.
